The Information We Collect

We use third party companies to fulfil your purchases on the website, including our payment platform (delivered by Stripe and Paypal), who will have access to only the data that is essential to the selling and delivery process only. We also use Mailjet to store contact and order information, and to create and send those newsletters to users who have opted to receive them only.

We will never sell or supply your data for marketing purposes to third parties.

How We Use The Information We Collect

For users that register on our website: We store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Purchasing products from our shop: Information collected as part of the selling process allows us to perform our contract with you, to be able to sell, supply and deliver products to you. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order or return a purchase, you imply that you consent to our collecting and using that information for that specific reason only.

Opting in to our email newsletter: By opting in to our email newsletter, you give us permission to contact you with emails about our company and products, news, exclusives and offers. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of our emails, or contacting us at [email protected]. Your consent to receiving the newsletter is the lawful basis on which we collect and process your data for this purpose.

Browsing our site: Automatically collecting your computer’s IP address provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may use such information provided to improve our products, services and this website. By using our site you agree to us collecting this information for this purpose.

Customer data is retained for 6 years unless a request for deletion is made, with the exception of failed, pending and cancelled orders which are stored for 30 days and then deleted. Enquiries using our contact forms are deleted after 12 months.

Our shop is hosted on the WooCommerce platform, and we use Stripe and Paypal as a payment gateways for all orders made through this website. We use Mailjet to manage, build and send our email newsletters. We also sometimes provide links to share pages from our website to the social platforms Facebook and Twitter.

In general, the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
