UK postage
We make every effort to dispatch your paper snowflakes parcel within one working day in busy periods. Usually orders placed before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Our free delivery will be posted RM24 which should get to you between 1-3 working days from dispatch.
We will have to allow 7 working days before a parcel is considered lost and a replacement can be sent out.
We would recommend that you advise us if you need your parcel by a specific date, please inform us at the time of ordering or use our ‘Next Working Day’ delivery service. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been despatched.
- Free delivery for orders over £15 (First Class, RM24, 1-3 working days), for orders under £15 it’s £2.45 . This can vary during busy periods. Please advise if needed by specific date. Orders received after midday Friday and all Saturday & Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday. Multiple or bulky items may be dispatched by courier.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (RM48, 3-5 working days). This can vary during busy periods. Please advise if needed by specific date. Orders received after midday Friday and all Saturday & Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday.
- Next Day delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®) at £8.45 (next day guaranteed), orders must be received by 1pm Monday-Thursday (please note: Orders received after 1pm Thursday through to 1pm Friday may not arrive until Monday. Any orders placed after the 1pm cut off on Friday will be dispatched Monday am for Tuesday delivery).
- Next Day Saturday deliveries: May be possible depending on size and weight of your order but will include a premium which is charged by Royal Mail. The prices will be based on individual orders. Please contact us for more details [email protected] .
International Postage
We ship to most international destinations, we hope to have this set up in the checkout soon. In the meantime if you would like your parcel sent worldwide just call or message us with your requirements we will send you a quote.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; we guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund, providing you contact us within seven working days from the date you take receipt of the goods, by phone or email [email protected]. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
No returns or refunds given on sale or discounted items.
Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained from the post office. If the goods have arrived either damaged or faulty, The Paper Snowflake Company will refund postage.
No liability can be accepted by The Paper Snowflake Company for return goods damaged or lost in transport.
We guarantee to refund monies paid within 30 days of order cancellation and/or receipt of returns.
